The Scan
The house as a photoreal, walkable space, with its gardens, terraces and setting from the air. Delivered as a private link and an embed for your own site. Often the first residence, an architect’s record or an owner’s archive.

The Scan and Film
Everything in The Scan, with a film rendered from the same capture — cut for listings, portals and screens — and measured floor plans. How most houses are commissioned.

Private
The same work, for houses that will never be public. Confidentiality agreed before we know the address, every room reviewed for what should not be seen, access for named people only and closed when you say. Never shown in our own portfolio.

Portfolio
For collections. Capture days planned across a season, one standard in every house, and a return visit when a house changes. Terms are agreed for the portfolio as a whole.

A conversation
We agree what is shown and what is not. Rooms, objects and views can be left out entirely.

The capture
A small crew and no lighting rigs, usually for a single day. The house stays exactly as it is lived in.

The craft
In the studio we rebuild the villa in light, remove anything private and grade it as carefully as a film.

The delivery
A private link, an embed for your own site, a film for your channels and plans for your files.
What it costs
Quoted for the house, not from a rate card.
The figure depends on the size of the house, its grounds and outbuildings, and what you need delivered. Tell us about the property and you will have a clear, fixed quotation — before anyone travels.
Private commissions and portfolios are by arrangement.
