When a tour is the right tool
For a whole portfolio, quickly.
If every listing needs to be online this week, with a floor plan and measurements, a panorama tour is fast, familiar and good value. It tells a buyer how a house is laid out. We would not talk you out of it.
When it is not enough
For the houses that are sold on how they feel.
At the top of the market nobody chooses a villa for its layout. They choose it for the light in the living room at six in the evening, the way the terrace meets the pool, the view from the bed. A panorama tour cannot carry that. A scan can — because it is not a set of pictures of the house, but the house.

Scan or tour?
Is a Gaussian-splat scan better than a Matterport tour?
It is different. A scan is photoreal and freely walkable, and shows light and materials as they really are. A Matterport tour is quicker and cheaper to produce, and is built around measurement and floor plans. For exceptional houses, where feeling sells, the scan is the stronger tool.
We already have Matterport tours. Can you still scan the house?
Yes. Nothing needs to be replaced. The scan is captured separately and can sit beside the existing tour on the same page.
Does a scan include floor plans and measurements?
Yes, where you need them. Measured floor plans and a dimensioned model are delivered alongside the scan.
Can a scan be embedded like a Matterport tour?
Yes — with a single line, on your own site and under your own brand. It loads only when a visitor asks for it, so the page stays fast.
