How we protect a house
Five promises, made before we arrive.

Confidentiality first
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we see the house. Everyone who works on your scan is bound by it.

Private by default
Nothing is public unless you ask for it in writing. Every scan begins life behind a protected link.

Edited before it leaves the studio
Art, safes, family photographs, documents, screens, number plates and security hardware are removed or obscured. Entire rooms can be left out.
- 04
No address, no coordinates
A scan carries no location data. Exteriors and views can be withheld, so that a house cannot be identified from its surroundings.

Links that close
Access can be limited to a named person or a period of days — and you can close it at any moment.
The house is yours. So is the scan.
We never publish, show or reuse a scan without your written consent — not in our portfolio, not to win other work, not ever.
