Timing
Autumn is when next summer is decided.
The booking window for the coming season opens while the island is quiet. It is also when the houses stand empty and the light is at its best. We capture from October to April, so that you open the season with the scans already in place.
Most houses begin with a single signature villa. For collections we plan capture days across the island, agree terms for the portfolio, and return each year to refresh what has changed.
Shared mandates
When a villa is represented by more than one house.
The owner decides who may use the scan. We look after the permissions, and each agency receives its own private link and its own embed.
